This device is designed to control the MFX PatchBay.
The controller is programmable - each of the 8 switches can turn on
a pre-programmed set of effects connected to loops of the MFX PatchBay
with one step.
Programmable DIP switches are used to select which effect loops are to be activated by a particular program. Pressing one of the 8 switches activates the selected program is activated and deactivates the previous one is deactivated. Pressing the “BP” switch ALWAYS switches the MFX Patchbay into Bypass Mode (i.e., all effects are bypassed). Programming is very simple to do using DIP Switches placed on the top face of the controller (a small block of 8, for each program). There are no processors or Flash memory so your settings cannot be lost.
